Geology is the key to our future
Â鶹ӰÊÓ offers four degrees in the geological sciences, including an earth science bachelor’s degree, each of which will get you out of the classroom and into the field. Conduct research with a faculty mentor from the Department of Geological Sciences, tackle real-world problems like hazard analysis and health and safety, and learn how to educate the public and policymakers on issues of vital importance to humanity’s future.
Whether earning a Bachelor of Science in geology or earth science or one of our minors, you’ll acquire the critical-thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for most jobs for geology undergraduates and prepare for graduate study at the master’s or doctoral level.
